Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a qualified specialist to prepare and manage quotations for air freight shipments and to support business development in international trade. You will follow up on quotations, negotiate with partners, analyze quotation performance, and help shape customer profiles to drive strategic growth with airlines and route planning.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency – to be assessed.
• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of air freight operations.
• Experience as a freight forwarder.
• Inside Sales experience – considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations for DMS customers.
• Follow up on quotations with customers.
• Assist with quotations and negotiations with partners whenever necessary.
• Support quotation performance analysis and manage the approval rate.
• Support customer profile analysis and strategic development.
• Prepare commercial air freight proposals.
• Manage relationships with airlines.
• Select the most suitable routes for each type of cargo.
