Qualificações

• Knowledge of import processes, INCOTERMS, and international documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and organize operational files and updates in internal systems.
• Follow up with partners, agents, and ocean carriers.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and propose continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operational deadlines and regulatory requirements.
