Position Overview

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Senior Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and managing IT solutions that meet business needs, focusing on seamless system integrations. This role drives innovation and efficiency by creating robust integrations between enterprise systems, enabling process improvements and enhancing operational effectiveness.

This position is part of the IT team and is remote work based in Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing IT solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Service (IICS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to address business requirements.
• Staging and transforming data using MS SQL Server.
• Utilizing middleware tools such as Postman and ServiceBus Explorer.
• Managing support requests, analyzing root causes, and providing effective resolutions for system incidents.
• Monitoring system performance, implementing improvements, and ensuring smooth operation of integrations.
• Leading projects, creating detailed action plans, and collaborating with IT management and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Documenting integration processes, mapping data points, and resolving data integrity issues.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, CIS, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting system integrations with tools like IICS or OIC.
• Proficiency in working with RestAPIs and real-time integration solutions.
• Solid experience with ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with middleware solutions like JSON, XML, SFTP, and RestAPI, as well as relational databases like MS SQL and Oracle.
• Advanced English is required.
