Overview

Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist position at Common Thread Collective (CTC). You will lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts that guide clients toward their goals, ensure seamless execution of strategies, and translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will communicate transparently about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts, strengthening client relationships and guiding clients through media acquisition and strategy.

You are a representative and advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools. You will contribute to execution at the highest level and pursue goals with commitment to the company’s values.

Responsibilities & Skills
  • Be willing to work hard, take feedback quickly, finish work with quality on time, and persevere through challenges.
  • Onboard and align with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients; manage and collaborate with pod members (Google strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; maintain data integrity across Statlas.
  • Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet system; ensure marketing calendar alignment with clients; daily execution and adjustment to meet KPIs.
  • Combine data analysis with client feedback to develop strategic plans; be an early adopter when pivots are needed.
  • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices; build campaigns using standard structures; monitor campaigns, adjust budgets/strategy to hit daily targets; run tests to improve performance.
  • Maintain quality standards with a 5% delta to the forecast; align daily with clients on forecast and strategy; deliver work on schedule with high quality.
  • Communicate with clients: provide daily performance updates, ensure team clarity on requirements and deadlines; participate in weekly strategy calls.
  • Contribute learnings to the system for ongoing improvement; collaborate across teams and contribute to future content.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders; emotionally intelligent client messaging.
  • Data analysis capability; familiarity with Google Sheets; capacity to develop advanced skills on the job.
  • Experience with Meta (Facebook) media buying; experience as a DTC Growth Strategist is a plus; ability to articulate responsibilities and impact.
  • Structured thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to propose practical solutions; passion for ecommerce and high performance.
