Project details

Build a state-of-the-art voice agent that can close sales using the Straightline method, and a platform to manage all of the customer’s contacts. The platform will be flexible to many verticals and types of customer data and integrate with many CRMs to provide massive value to customers. Our multilingual voice agent will follow complex scripts using an agentic workflow and custom persuasive voice to close sales better than most humans on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Building a self-service workflow execution system to handle a wide range of customer needs from calling/texting/emailing customers on a cadence
  • Implementing conditional logic for workflow nodes
  • Applying per-customer rules based on the status of each lead (qualified, disqualified, needs a callback)
  • Implementing a dynamic call queue with predictive dialing
  • Building a CRM-agnostic integration layer
Skills

Strong software engineer with decent AI experience building chat or voice-based products, whether assistants or customer service agents.

Qualifications
  • Has built and operated agentic workflows applying LLMs to complete tasks in production
Preferred Qualifications
  • Livekit
  • Experience using STT/TTS products, interruptions, VAD
  • Langchain for flexible agentic architectures
  • Experience using evaluation frameworks (Langsmith, Deepeval, etc)
  • Experience measuring and optimizing latency
  • RAG + vector databases
  • Multilingual voice systems
