Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to guide multiple software teams through delivery with velocity and quality.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to align on goals and metrics. This role emphasizes data-driven improvements and a sustainable pace across projects.

Qualificações

Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Coordinator, or equivalent in technology teams.
Experience leading multiple teams or workstreams in parallel.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban and ability to adapt them to each team’s context.
Experience with project management and workflow tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
Knowledge of delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability, MTTR).
Facilitates Agile ceremonies and team dynamics.
Technical background or prior software development experience is helpful.
Experience in healthcare or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of people management and team development.
Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT for productivity.

Responsabilidades

Facilitate and organize development across multiple project streams to ensure predictable delivery pace.
Identify, anticipate, and remove impediments hindering progress.
Provide leadership and visibility into project progress for stakeholders.
Lead and continuously improve Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Support team development and performance in partnership with technical leadership.
Mediate and resolve communication issues among individuals, teams, and departments.
Track flow and delivery metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
Promote an Agile culture and continuous improvement in processes.
Bridge engineering, product, and business to ensure alignment and clarity.
Collaborate with technology leadership to support team productivity and sustainable pace.

Requirements

Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Coordinator, or in an equivalent role within technology teams.
Experience leading multiple teams or workstreams in parallel (highly desirable).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), with the ability to adapt them to each team’s context.
Experience with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms).
Knowledge of delivery and flow metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability, and MTTR).
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and team dynamics.
Technical background or prior experience as a software developer—not required, but helpful for understanding team challenges.
Experience in healthcare or environments involving mission-critical systems.
Knowledge of people management and team development.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar solutions, applied to productivity, organization, and management support.

Core Competencies
