Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, seeks a Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner to drive end-to-end product analysis and align business needs with technical delivery. You will refine the backlog, write clear user stories, and monitor system performance to ensure value delivery across projects.

You will apply agile methodologies, collaborate across departments, and focus on proactive problem solving while supporting continuous learning and growth within the team.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Technical knowledge of systems development.
• Knowledge of data modeling.
• Knowledge of writing database queries.
• Knowledge of UX techniques is a plus.
• Experience with projects involving both technical and business perspectives.
