Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary data and analytics teams. You will oversee client engagements, coordinate with Product, Project, Development, and Cybersecurity squads, and manage delivery priorities, capacity, risks, and outcomes.

Oversee multidisciplinary squads dedicated to client engagements, primarily in Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities

Manage multidisciplinary squads dedicated to client engagements, primarily in Data & Analytics
Manage the interface with Product, Project, Development, and Cybersecurity squads
Oversee operations, delivery, activities, priorities, capacity, allocation, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact between the company, assigned professionals, and clients
Manage people and talent, including performance, development, engagement, retention, feedback, mentoring, and development plans
Ensure the appropriate composition and capacity of squads by identifying hiring, replacement, development, or reorganization needs
Oversee Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and data platform projects
Promote collaboration between Data squads and Technology teams
Establish and monitor governance, follow-up meetings, status reports, governance forums, and executive meetings
Monitor KPIs related to capacity, productivity, quality, utilization, SLAs, lead time, velocity, costs, and client satisfaction
Optimize delivery processes using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models
Manage risks, conflicts, and escalations by developing action plans
Support account expansion, new positions, and opportunities with clients
Translate client needs into demands and technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives

Requirements

Proven experience managing Technology teams and squads, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, body shop, managed services, or professional staffing environments
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with diverse technical profiles and levels of seniority
Experience in people management, performance management, feedback, development, retention, mentoring, and conflict resolution
Ability to assess competencies and match professional profiles to project and client needs
Experience or strong familiarity with Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and data platforms
Knowledge of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, data pipelines, integration, data quality, and data governance
Knowledge of GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, or similar technologies
Ability to engage with technical Data professionals and understand architecture, capacity, quality, security, and delivery
Ability to work with Product, Projects, Software Development, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams
Experience managing multiple demands, projects, squads, or clients simultaneously
Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, prioritization, dependencies, and risk management
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Ability to structure governance, status updates, metrics, risks, blockers, and action plans
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, managers, and technical and executive stakeholders
Consultative, proactive, and organized approach, with the ability to anticipate risks and develop action plans
Experience with productivity, capacity, utilization, quality, SLA, cost, and performance KPIs
Results-oriented, with a focus on delivery quality and client satisfaction
Ability to work in highly complex environments with multiple priorities
Advanced English proficiency for communication, meetings, presentations, professional discussions, and Technology documentation
Preferred: experience in Technology consulting, outsourcing, managed services, Data & Analytics squads, Cloud, AI, digital transformation, Cybersecurity, Development, Product, account expansion, and multi-client operations

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams in Data & Analytics, overseeing operations, delivery, and client relationships while optimizing processes using Agile methodologies.
