Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies across multiple pods and ensure best practices. You will identify blockers, capacity issues, and process gaps, coaching teams toward higher delivery health and business-aligned outcomes.

You will collaborate with PMs/TPOs, bridge teams with leadership, and mentor team members on Scrum methods and Salesforce-related delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Agile ceremonies take place consistently across pods and follow best practices.
• Identify recurring themes across pods, blockers, and capacity issues.
• Intervene directly where a pod is struggling to improve delivery health.
• Consolidate delivery health across pods: velocity, capacity, blockers.
• Relay a leadership-ready delivery view to leadership.
• Collaborate with PMs/TPOs to prioritize backlogs across pods.
• Ensure sprint tooling meets team needs and address process gaps.
• Bridge Scrum teams and Industries leadership.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and foster collaboration.
• Lead Agile teams in adopting Agile principles and practices.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation across pods.
• Empower teams to self-organize and drive project success.
• Mentor and coach team members and TPOs on Agile practices.
• Represent Agile processes to internal stakeholders and align with business goals.
• Advocate for Agile values and drive adoption of Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, ideally coordinating across multiple teams/pods
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership and facilitation abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering teamwork
• Experience working with Agile project management tools
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Agile and Scrum practices
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required, at minimum
• Additional Scrum certifications beyond the required minimum (e.g. Advanced CSM, PSM II) a plus
• Experience in pre-sales, Salesforce Implementation, or Salesforce Administration
• Experience working across multiple industries or verticals in a coordination capacity
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
