Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned digital product manager to lead AI-driven product strategies in a fast-paced environment. You will own vision, backlog, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end solutions, including leveraging LLMs, ML, NLP, and RAG.

Qualificações

• Experience defining product vision, backlog, and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end product delivery from discovery to delivery.
• Practical knowledge of AI including LLMs, AI agents, ML, NLP, and RAG.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and assess feasibility without coding.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data.
• Clear, persuasive communication with client executives, engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
• Results-oriented with sense of urgency and prioritization under pressure.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion or similar tools.
• Strong documentation and knowledge base creation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer discovery by mapping pain points, validating hypotheses, and determining whether and how artificial intelligence is the best solution
• Define and communicate the product vision to all stakeholders
• Build and prioritize the backlog, translating business requirements into agile tasks (PBIs)
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and strategic customer checkpoints
• Shield the squad from external interference
• Manage scope and risks, identifying deviations and escalating them when necessary
• Track impact metrics for delivered solutions
• Prepare status reports to demonstrate value to strategic stakeholders
• Organize wikis, boards, documentation, and project artifacts
• Participate in the post-MVP cycle, supporting knowledge transfer and the continuous evolution of the solution

• Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, including LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, and RAG
• Ability to understand technical concepts and assess feasibility without needing to code
• Analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data
• Clear and persuasive communication with client C-level executives, engineers, data scientists, and business teams
• Results-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize under pressure
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and creating structured knowledge bases, including taxonomies, wikis, and visual frameworks
