You will manage the ART calendar, resolve impediments, and ensure stakeholder communication. Knowledge in Salesforce and proficiency with JIRA are essential for this role, which promotes a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Manages the ART calendar and ensures program-level cadence.

Facilitates problem-solving and cross‑team collaboration.

Coaching & Mentoring

Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean‑agile principles.

Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Risk & Impediment Management

Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.

Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.

Flow & Value Optimization

Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.

Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.

Links business strategy to technical execution.
