A leading IT consulting firm is seeking experienced SAP Service Management Consultants for a remote position supporting users in Brazil and Argentina. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions, strong configuration skills in SAP Service Management, and should be able to contribute to multiple end-to-end implementation projects. This position offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Qualificações

• Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions.
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components.

Responsabilidades

• Help support the team with strong configuration experience to assist with their roadmap to S / 4HANA from ECC.
• Act as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects.

Client is looking for experienced SAP Service Management Consultants to help support their team with strong configuration experience to help with their roadmap to S / 4HANA from ECC.

Suitable candidates will have the below :

• Must be able to support Brazil and Argentina users that have questions on Service Center and Service Orders processes
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Service solutions
• Additional Experience in SAP is a plus
• Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with the rest of the SAP components
• Have experience as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects
