We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Operations Specialist to support the commercial team. In this role you will optimize processes, manage tools, and perform performance analyses, playing a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, data quality, and strategic decision-making within the sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Map, optimize, and standardize sales funnel processes.
  • Manage and optimize CRM usage (HubSpot) and integrations.
  • Ensure quality organization and governance of sales data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion, CAC, sales cycle, quota attainment, forecast).
  • Support training related to commercial tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Support commercial planning and performance analysis.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or related areas.
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Knowledge in data analysis (Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, BI).
  • Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
