O candidato ideal deve ter um bacharelado em Administração de Empresas, Engenharia ou Finanças, além de experiência comprovada em vendas. O trabalho será híbrido e envolverá a construção de relacionamentos com clientes, realizando vendas e coordenando esforços entre clientes e equipes internas.

Qualificações

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas, com pelo menos 2 anos em cargos de vendas bem-sucedidos.
  • Conhecimento das leis locais de energia nos respectivos países.

Job Description

Position Name: Sales Manager

Area: International Sales

Region: Latin America and Italy

Report to: General Manager Latin America and Italy

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Finance
  • Knowledge of PV Market and Local Energy Laws in respective countries
  • Experience: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with at least 2 years in successful sales roles
  • Language: English is mandatory, plus native in the local language

Position Aim

The Sales Manager is responsible for sales within their territory, focusing on finding, recognizing, maintaining, and generating customer loyalty. They develop long-term relationships with their portfolio, engage with key business executives and stakeholders, and liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure delivery of Jinko Products.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for customer-specific matters
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of products according to customer needs
  • Communicate progress of initiatives internally and externally
  • Prepare forecasts and track key account metrics
  • Create backup plans to achieve personal goals in case of initial plan failure
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within the territory
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in accounts
  • Coordinate with company departments to meet performance and customer expectations
  • Meet sales volume and strategic objectives targets
  • Assess and validate ongoing customer needs
  • Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs
  • Conduct market research with marketing support to understand market dynamics
  • Assist in co-marketing activities and local events
  • Forecast customer demand and predict sales for the territory
