The ideal candidate has over 2 years of outbound sales experience, is fluent in English, and is skilled in CRM tools. Qualificações

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales.
  • Fluent in English at C1/C2 level for daily communication.
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospect actively through multiple channels.
  • Manage a strong B2B pipeline and qualify leads.
  • Respond quickly to inbound opportunities.
  • Book meetings with U.S. executives and close deals.
  • Track activities and KPIs using CRM.

Sales Executive (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

What We Offer
  • R$4,500 / month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses
  • 100% remote – sell directly to the U.S. market
  • Long-term contract + real career growth opportunities
  • Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)
What You’ll Do
  • Prospect actively: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage a strong B2B pipeline and qualify leads
  • Respond fast to inbound opportunities
  • Book meetings with U.S. executives and close deals
  • Track activities and KPIs in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years outbound sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
  • Fluent English (C1 / C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
  • CRM / prospecting tools experience
  • Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
Nice to Have
  • Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, autodialers
  • Previous experience with U.S. sales market
  • Consistent record of exceeding outbound targets
