A leading recruiting firm is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting efforts for clinics and healthcare SMBs. This fully remote position requires generating qualified demos while collaborating closely with sales leadership. Ideal candidates should have experience in outbound sales, strong phone-based prospecting skills, and be comfortable working during US hours. Our client is an early-stage healthcare technology company operating in a highly competitive direct-to-clinic sales environment. They focus on improving clinic operations and healthcare delivery by providing innovative technology solutions.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive outbound prospecting efforts targeting clinics, medical offices, and healthcare SMBs. This role exists to generate qualified demos for the sales team while refining the outbound motion in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. The SDR will be phone and multi-channel-focused, collaborating closely with leadership to iterate on outreach strategies. Candidates who thrive are resilient, proactive, and comfortable receiving coaching in a startup environment. Prior experience selling into clinics or healthcare settings is strongly preferred.
