Sales Development Executive at BairesDevWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team.

This role is crucial in managing new business opportunities and converting them into clients.

Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads to ensure timely engagement.
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating potential clients on the value of our services.
  • Effectively present our company to potential clients through email and remote meetings, with occasional in-person engagements.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to management to track performance and inform strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with expertise in lead qualification across all organizational levels—managers, directors, VPs, and executives.
  • Junior+ level of seniority with a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in software development outsourcing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Resides in Latin America.
