Responsibilities

• Provide English-Portuguese translation support for sales documents, meetings, and on-site communications to ensure smooth cross-cultural collaboration.
• Gather target customer information, accompany team members on client visits for business development, and assist in finalizing new customer contracts.
• Assist in formulating sales plans aligned with company goals and drive the effective achievement of business objectives.
• Conduct regular customer maintenance, proactively follow up on client needs, and coordinate the resolution of customer exceptions and complex issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and ensure timely delivery of customer requests.
• Other tasks assigned by leadership to support overall sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Translation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Good command of Portuguese and English
• Capable of on-site interpretation and real-time communication.
