In this entry-level role, you will create and execute custom recruitment plans, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate with various teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English and German, and at least 2 years of experience in market research or recruiting. This is a remote position based in Brazil, São Paulo.

Job Description

The Custom Recruitment Specialist creates and executes custom recruitment plans for M3 Experts projects and traditional qualitative / quantitative studies, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Have an excellent understanding of custom recruitment strategies for M3 Experts studies and traditional studies.
• Use all recruitment platforms and tools, such as the MR System, Dotmailer, Call Center, LinkedIn, ClickSend, DNUK, Rekru, Confirmit / Decipher, etc.
• Attend project meetings and share action plans.
• Build custom recruitment plans that align with client needs.
• Recruit for expansion of M3's global Expert Network via client projects and proactive initiatives.
• Expand network of German-based and German-speaking experts.
• Manage the full lifecycle of custom recruitment for all project types within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate across teams and divisions, including Qual, Quant, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is a plus.
• Languages: Fluency in English and German (professional working proficiency).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in expert network, market research or recruiting; prior client or expert relationship management a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills, basic math, critical thinking, initiative, autonomy, self-motivation, time management, organization, attention to detail, multitasking.
