A leading compression technology company seeks a Sales Engineer in São Paulo to promote and sell products and build relationships with clients across South America. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of experience in sales or engineering, and expertise in renewable energy markets. Fluent English is required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy solutions.

Qualificações

  • At least 5 years of experience as lead engineer, technical buyer or front sales.
  • Experience in renewable energy markets (Hydrogen Mobility & Energy, Biogas, Biofuels).
  • Business fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

  • Promote and sell BC products within South America.
  • Visit end users and EPC companies as a technical advisor.
  • Prepare commercial tenders for Compressor Systems.

Position description
  • Promote and sell BC products within South America
  • Regular visits to end user, EPC companies and packagers that are working in the referred markets, being strong technical advisor and building a strong relationship with them
  • Opportunity identification management before and as part of offering
  • Regularly follow-ups to monitor project status and to ensure a leading competitive position throughout the entire bid phase
  • Participate at exhibitions in the region
  • Prepare in collaboration with global sales application experts commercial tenders for Compressor Systems based on technical tender which is coming from application engineering within our global organization.
  • Support global sales application experts with Frame Agreement negotiations within the region
  • Commercially and technically defends the quote during clarification and negotiation meetings with customers
  • Responsible in collaboration with global sales application for the negotiations and successful closing of the deals
  • Responsible for timely reporting of local customer base, business opportunities and bid status in the CRM system and at the defined sales meetings
Position Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor degree preferably in process engineering or mechanical engineering or similar technical education
  • At least 5-year experience as lead engineer, technical buyer or front sales with technical knowledge for rotating equipment, preferably reciprocating compressors.
  • Experience in renewable energy markets (Hydrogen Mobility & Energy, Biogas, Biofuels)
  • English language: business fluent, contractual level, spoken and written.
  • Strong sales acumen and highly business oriented
  • Social character with strong intercultural skills to act within our global organization
  • Proactive, initiative and agile personality with integrity
