What you’ll do :
- Manage and lead complex recruitment projects, focusing on high‑impact hiring for specialized and senior roles
- Use talent intelligence tools (e.g., TalentNeuron) and external data to provide market insights and strategic advice for hiring managers
- Optimize recruitment processes through data‑driven decisions, identifying efficiency improvements and continuous enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and employer branding teams to boost talent acquisition effectiveness
- Mentor and influence the recruitment of team members by leading through example and addressing hiring challenges proactively
- Develop proactive hiring strategies informed by market trends, industry layoffs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Key performance indicators include managing seamless hiring processes, leveraging data for sourcing strategies, and leading process improvements
- Recognized as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and actively foster a culture of mentorship and strategic problem‑solving within the team
Skills and experience :
- Trilingual (Portuguese, Spanish and English)
- Experience managing and leading complex recruitment projects, focusing on high‑impact hiring for specialized and senior roles
- Proficiency with talent intelligence tools (e.g., TalentNeuron) and an ability to use external data to provide market insights and strategic advice for hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to optimize recruitment processes through data‑driven decisions, identifying efficiency improvements and continuous enhancements
- Strong collaboration skills with HR, business leaders, and employer branding teams to improve talent acquisition effectiveness
- Leadership experience mentoring and influencing the recruitment of team members by setting an example and addressing hiring challenges proactively
- Capacity to develop proactive hiring strategies informed by market trends, industry layoffs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
