Hire Feed is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across multiple departments, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on scaling hiring for a growing tech organization in a remote-first setup.

You will source candidates on job boards and professional networks, conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain organized records in our ATS. Prior experience in tech recruitment and strong communication skills are required.

Qualificações

• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for software development or IT services.
