Hire Feed seeks a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments in a remote-first environment. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, while coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate communications.

Collaborate with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and criteria. Experience with ATS and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred, enabling scalable hiring for software development and IT services.

Qualificações

• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment processes for roles in software development or IT services.
