Chadvertizing is seeking a fluent English-speaking senior Talent & Recruitment Rockstar to own full-cycle hiring. You will design our recruitment processes from scratch, partnering directly with the founders to scale across advertising, payments, technology, and operations.

You will build scalable sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, and report on key hiring metrics to continuously improve the process in a remote, distributed team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Track record of building recruitment processes.
• Comfortable working autonomously with founders in a remote, distributed team.
• Experience hiring for early-stage or bootstrapped companies is a strong plus.

Talent & Recruitment Rockstar — Full-Cycle Hiring Lead

We are a fast-growing travel facilitation company processing thousands of applications per month across multiple destinations around the globe. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Talent & Recruitment Rockstar to join our team.

The Role

We're looking for a fluent English speaking senior Talent & Recruitment Specialist to take full ownership of hiring as we grow. This is a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity: you'll design our recruitment processes and systems from scratch, not inherit someone else's playbook. You'll work directly with the founding team to understand hiring needs across advertising, payments, technology, and operations, and turn that into a repeatable pipeline that gets us the right people fast.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting end to end: defining roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Build and document scalable recruitment processes and systems suited to a lean, fast-moving startup
• Partner directly with founders and functional leads to translate business needs into hiring plans
• Develop sourcing strategies for both individual contributors and future key hires as the company scales
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
• Track and report on hiring metrics, and continuously refine the process based on what's working

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally including time at a startup or in a generalist/full-cycle capacity
• Track record of building recruitment processes rather than just operating within existing ones
• Comfortable working autonomously and directly with founders in a remote, distributed team
• Strong sourcing and screening instincts across a range of functions, not just one specialism
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment on culture and role fit
• Experience hiring for early-stage or bootstrapped companies is a strong plus
