Hired is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates across the organization. The role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build robust candidate pipelines, supporting full-cycle recruitment with emphasis on speed and quality.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate schedules, and track progress in the ATS while contributing to onboarding for new hires.

Qualificações

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data tracking and reporting.
