Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality control and inspection of incoming materials.
• Monitor production stages and perform quality controls.
• Conduct laboratory analysis by manipulating products and raw materials.
• Perform environmental monitoring of production areas.
• Support laboratory housekeeping and organizational tasks.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when necessary.

Conhecimentos

Technical background in Biology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry

Good writing and text interpretation skills

Good communication and active listening skills

Good Microsoft Office skills

Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control and inspection of incoming materials and goods to ensure they conform to all applicable company standards and specifications.
• Monitor the stages of the production process and performs quality controls according to product specifications to ensure they conform to all applicable company standards and specifications.
• Manipulation of products and/or their raw materials to perform laboratory analysis.
• Perform environmental monitoring and assessment of production and laboratory areas.
• Support on laboratory housekeeping, such as organization and general maintenance of the work environment.
• Time flexibility - for weekends and holidays, occasionally when necessary.

Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements

• Technical background or graduate student in Biology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related areas.
• Experience with laboratory activities and routines is desired but not mandatory.
• Good writing and text interpretation skills.
