You will provide feedback and training to sales teams, ensuring compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in Portuguese and English. This role requires strong CRM abilities, specifically with Salesforce and HubSpot, to enhance the customer experience.
Audit and evaluate sales calls and communications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop quality improvement strategies based on audit findings, with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Provide constructive feedback and customized training sessions to the sales team based on identified gaps.
Work closely with sales managers to refine sales processes and implement best practice guidelines.
Compile detailed reports on quality assurance metrics for review by senior management.
You have
Experience in a quality assurance role in a sales-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (minimum level B2).
Advanced skills in CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
