QA Analyst Role :

We are looking for a QA Analyst with a background in both manual and automated testing to join our development team. This role will be primarily responsible for manual testing at first, with an opportunity to shift into automation as we build out our test suite. We have three web-based products built using Ruby on Rails and React. Our core product is a robust system with many complex features that will require the right person to fully ensure we are releasing the highest quality software.

Responsibilities :

• Manual testing of new features
• Manual regression testing of weekly releases
• Working with the existing QA team on building out automated tests
• Troubleshooting support issues

Requirements :

• Experience with manual testing (2+ years)
• Experience with automated testing (1+ years)
• A great attitude and work ethic
• Solution oriented, self-starter, and team player (preferred)
• Experience in a SaaS company
• Experience with the following technologies:
• HTTP Protocol
• Diff Tools (Beyond Compare, etc.)
• Jira
• Selenium
