Project Specialist | Global Project Group

Do you have the following background and professional skills?

• Consolidate experience in project management and / or consulting (ideally in M&A, Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Finance, Reorganization)
• Verifiable experience in managing programs and projects
• An academic degree / tertiary degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Proven experience in agile‑framework‑based projects and change management
• A Master's degree in project / business management or similar degree are a plus
• A certification in project management is a differentiator e.g. Prince2, IPMA, PMI, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar is ideal
• Solid relationship management skills and ability to coach, motivate and direct people
• Customer focused and solution‑oriented
• Proven ability to work proactively, freely and in teams in an environment with tight deadlines
• Contract and suppliers management experience is a plus
• Fully fluent verbal and written skills in English (German or Portuguese are an asset)

About the job

You will

• Lead transformational projects and project teams across regions and business functions to deliver impactful changes for RHI Magnesita
• Drive the project’s lifecycle from setup, detailed planning to execution and closure
• Enhance the team members skills and accountability to reach the project’s deliverable
• Enable and expedite decision processes through regular updates towards project owner, steering committee, and other key stakeholders in the organization
• Develop the change management strategies to ensure successful change implementation and adoption derived from your project across the organization
• Act as a mentor and first point of contact to expand project management capabilities across the project management community of the Europe / CIS / Turkey region.
• Contribute to the improvement of RHIM’s project framework by collecting feedback from the Project Teams
• Support the execution of the regional projects portfolio by conducting the regular project cycle reviews: coordinating the formal capture, analysis and remedial action of project‑related improvement opportunities found and supporting the implementation of derived recommendations
• Provide proper project status visibility through the maintenance of clean project documentation and regular update of the SAP PPM Tool and others alike
