This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Delivery Associates. We are currently looking for a Project Leader - Latin America in Brazil.
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Leader to manage complex projects and initiatives across Latin America. In this role, you will lead multi-stakeholder engagements, guide teams of experienced professionals, and shape high-impact interventions in areas such as public policy, climate, and social impact. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, drive problem-solving, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and strategically. Accountabilities
- Lead multiple projects or major workstreams end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence and timely outcomes
- Manage and coach teams of Delivery Leaders and Associates, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and guiding decisions
- Facilitate effective meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions to drive consensus and action
- Design and deliver clear, high-quality stakeholder reporting, including dashboards, memos, and presentations
- Support internal initiatives to develop organizational capabilities, subject matter expertise, and intellectual property
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with curiosity, empathy, and ethical decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in relevant fields (Public Policy, Economic Development, International Relations) preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, or senior public sector roles
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams in project-based or professional services contexts
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing complex programs or initiatives
- Experience in key sectors such as AI for public sector or climate/environment is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with high accountability
- Authorization to work in Brazil is required
