The Project Analyst will be part of the PM team responsible for coordinating and providing technical-operational support for the execution of strategic projects across different geographies and areas of expertise. They will work on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and concurrent demands, including organizational transformation, leadership development, consulting, and change management. The role requires autonomy, informal leadership, systems thinking, and a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Role Objective

To lead the tactical operation of strategic projects, ensuring the smooth execution of project phases, adherence to timelines, and delivery of value to internal and external stakeholders. The analyst is expected to actively contribute to process improvement, practice standardization, and knowledge management within the project area.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in consulting projects, management, or structured corporate environments.
  • Operational fluency with task and project management tools (Planner, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Miro, etc.).
  • Languages: Fluent Portuguese, advanced English, advanced Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications or coursework in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
  • Experience working with multinational clients or international projects.
  • Involvement in digital transformation or cultural change projects.
  • Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to lead training sessions or onboarding processes.

Daily Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Operational Management and Project Execution
    • Coordinate operations of medium-sized and/or multi-front projects.
    • Facilitate follow-up rituals (e.g., check-ins, follow-ups, pre-work).
    • Monitor status and independently update dashboards and schedules.
    • Ensure smooth handoffs and deliveries across internal teams and clients.
    • Serve as a reference for delivery consistency and strive to exceed quality expectations.
  2. Strategic Planning and Documentation
    • Develop detailed operational plans (timelines, resource allocation, communication).
    • Create and maintain key governance documents (stakeholder maps, RACI matrices, executive minutes).
    • Lead project debriefs and consolidate lessons learned.
    • Share frameworks and templates with the team, encouraging standardization and scalability.
  3. Tool, Indicator, and Process Management
    • Automate operational routines and suggest improvements for existing processes.
    • Build and maintain performance dashboards (KPIs).
    • Support the team through integrated management of multiple tools (Planner, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Explore and apply advanced tool functionalities to drive greater efficiency.
  4. Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the central point of contact between PMs, consultants, facilitators, and clients.
    • Organize and lead alignment meetings with diverse audiences.
    • Manage expectations and bridge strategy and operations.
    • Act as a cultural and contextual translator between different teams.
  5. Continuous Improvement and Learning Culture
    • Document and share best practices and standardized processes.
    • Support onboarding of new members to the project team.
    • Facilitate post-delivery feedback cycles and propose structural improvements.
    • Take initiative in team development and foster collective learning.
