What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee all aspects of the U.S. Navy's Global Enterprise Sustainment Program, ensuring contract compliance and operational efficiency
- Manage personnel, budgets, and business operations while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
- Lead logistical planning, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance for hardware and software
- Develop policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to support program management
- Coordinate with sales teams and participate in proposals to ensure alignment with customer requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of professional experience in team management, project management, system management, or military experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
- Proven experience in project management, including managing complex projects and teams
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Competency in using internal systems and common business applications, including Google Suites and Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Executive leadership and management experience with a track record of successful outcomes
- Experience in customer service and contract management, including writing and interpreting contracts
- Background in supply chain management and logistics planning
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in reports and briefings
