Program Manager, Amazon Global Tax

The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of Salesforce-based applications supporting multiple business use cases across the Amazon Global Tax organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, portfolio prioritization, and cross-team coordination to ensure initiatives align with strategic objectives, resource capacity, and delivery timelines.

The Program Manager will act as a central point of orchestration between business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners, with a strong emphasis on intake governance, roadmap management, and operational planning. This individual will bring a strong understanding of Salesforce, technology delivery, and product-oriented thinking, and will be responsible for translating complex initiatives into clear business cases, executive-level communications, and measurable outcomes.

This role will regularly communicate program status to senior stakeholders, contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), and support annual operational planning cycles.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, who wants to learn and transform their career in a CLT contract, Hybrid, in the city of Sao Paulo. This role requires seniority on ERP implementation, preferably Oracle OTC (Order to Cash) modules.

As TPM, you will oversee Oracle's order to cash processes within the Oracle E‑Business Suite for all Wabtec sites in Latin America and Brazilian Localization applications.
