What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs while aligning with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
