Production Support Consultant in Brazil (Tax Tools exp)

Location: Brazil (Can be Remote)

Salary: As per the Market

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in ABAP.
• Production support.
• Proven experience in Brazil localization
• Business English is mandatory apart from native Portuguese skill.
• Need to take transition from existing team.
• Address/Resolve user's issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within the stipulated time/SLA.
• Follow the defined processes.
• Collaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) as needed to resolve issues.
• Prepare, Participate in status report/meetings.
• May need after hours support in case of critical issues (very rare)
• In general, no travel is expected as part of the job.
• Remote location-based work is acceptable.
• Open to learn new tools, skills as needed on the job by leveraging their experience, expertise.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

• B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

• Experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One
