Role Overview

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping product strategies, driving market positioning, and supporting regional initiatives for New Equipment (NE). This position blends strategic analysis with hands‑on execution to ensure our products meet customer needs and stand out in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for NE across Brazil.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor insights to guide product strategies.
  • Adapt global strategies to regional needs and manage implementation of global projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify new product opportunities and build business cases.
  • Drive campaigns, promotions, and product packages, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and follow up on product‑related actions with regional teams.
  • Develop training materials and support tools to enhance product knowledge and efficiency.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement and Digital Marketing to optimize product visibility online.
  • Create business cases, prioritize projects, and translate customer demand into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and project management skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across regions and influence stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • 3‑4 years of experience.
