A fulfillment platform company in Brazil seeks a Product Manager to oversee backlog management, validate product outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis, alongside excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with software development processes and a dynamic work environment is critical. This is a full-time remote role, with hiring interviews conducted online.

Responsabilidades

  • Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear and understand blockers to hit deployment goals.
  • Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to PM and relevant team members.
  • Review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Verify solutions post-implementation to ensure they improve user or business metrics.

Backlog & Kanban Management

Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals. Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the PM and relevant team members.

Review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements and bug fixes. Ensure problems are well explained and solutions are testable and aligned with product goals. Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable tasks.

Validate Outcomes, Not Just Output

After new features or fixes go live, verify whether they truly solved the original problem and improved the targeted user or business metrics.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.

Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.

Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code and doing data analysis are very beneficial, but not required.
