Overview of the role

The Presales Operations Specialist position focuses on serving as the main point of contact for non-commercial tickets in presales, ensuring RFIs and presentations are duly responded to with high content quality. This role combines operational excellence with content creation, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to deliver exceptional presales support.

Key responsibilities
  • Handling the complete vendor onboarding process for new vendors, including managing registrations across client platforms while ensuring compliance and timely completion.
  • Owning coordination and submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) by working with subject matter experts to gather content, ensure accuracy, and meet submission deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal groups to create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success cases tailored to support presales activities.
  • Capturing key performance metrics and assisting in building reports to support presales operations.
  • Tracking pre-sales ticket activities, managing RFx submissions and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of responses and resolving any blockers to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Operations Experience : 3+ years of most recent experience in sales operations, presales support, or business operations.
  • Industry Background : 3+ years in IT industry / consulting (most recent experience).
  • Process Management : Proven experience with operational processes, ticket tracking, stakeholder follow-ups across departments, RFI and vendor onboarding processes.
  • Analytics Skills : Strong capabilities in metrics and reporting.
  • Content Creation : Demonstrated experience in content creation, presentations, and sales collaterals.
  • Language Proficiency : Advanced level of English.
Additional skills preferred
  • Vendor Management : Familiarity with vendor onboardings, vendor registrations, and questionnaires.
  • Outsourcing Experience : Experience in IT Outsourcing companies.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
