Qualificações

What success looks like in this role :

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our DWS Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a key role focused on Intelligent Workplace Services Modern Device Management (including mobile) Transformational Services and Proactive Experience Management .

You will collaborate with Sales Account Management Business Partners Service Delivery Legal and Finance to design high-value client-centric solutions using Unisys portfolio and global delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Design end-to-end workplace service solutions in response to global client opportunities.

Evaluate client needs create solution documentation and develop accurate cost models.

Align offerings with Unisys standard portfolio and delivery methodologies.

Maximize the use of global sourcing and outsourcing frameworks.

Support business growth by enhancing solution adoption across new and existing accounts.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

Location : Home-based in Brazil remote.

Bachelors degree and 68 years of relevant experience in presales or technical solutioning in IT infrastructure or outsourcing.

Strong knowledge of digital workplace services (e.g. service desk modern device management collaboration field services).

Deep understanding of customer environments service delivery and ITIL principles.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills. (Fluency in is required .)

Ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences including C-level executives.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills within matrix organizations.

Proven adaptability in dynamic environments.

Nice to Have :

• ITIL v3 Foundation (or higher) certification.
• Experience with IT service management tools and solution architectures.

Prior consulting experience with C-suite stakeholders.
