Qualificações

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or Pre‑Sales role within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including field force operations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Overview:

From 5411 Hub , we are supporting the search for a Presales Technical Partner on behalf of an important technology company specialized in providing CRM and data-driven solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

This professional will play a key role in helping pharma companies understand the true business value of a robust CRM platform. The position acts as a bridge between technical capabilities and client needs, with a deep understanding of the pharma ecosystem.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional with CRM and technical expertise who wants to influence sales outcomes in a highly regulated, innovation-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assess client needs and provide strategic technical support during the sales cycle.
  • Deliver personalized CRM product demonstrations aligned with pharmaceutical workflows.
  • Design technical solutions based on pharma-specific requirements (e.g., HCP / HCO databases, field force, multichannel campaigns).
  • Prepare technical documentation, RFP / RFI responses, and solution specifications.
  • Represent the company in meetings, seminars, and conferences as a technical expert.
  • Provide support during onboarding and implementation phases as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or Pre‑Sales role within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including field force operations, medical systems, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or Zoho.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with SQL Server databases is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of API and webhook integrations is also valued.
