Jobtailor is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Brazil to administer psychological and technical assessments and manage the entire candidate recruitment and selection process. You will coordinate pre-employment activities and ensure accurate evaluation reporting.

The role requires a Psychology degree, previous recruitment experience, and a hybrid work arrangement. You will align profiles with hiring managers and prepare hiring documentation for new positions.

• Provide positive or negative feedback to candidates.
