Jobtailor in Recife is seeking a driven student to support our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end processes, align with hiring managers, and help close positions, while leveraging Gupy for organized candidate tracking and proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.

The role emphasizes competency-based interviews and data-driven improvements to the hiring process. Ideal for students pursuing a degree in psychology or HR-related fields.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Recruitment and Selection experience.
• People Management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning with hiring managers through interviews, assessments, feedback, and closure.
• Manage job openings and candidates through an ATS (Gupy), ensuring organized stages and up-to-date statuses.
• Conduct talent hunting and proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pools.
• Conduct competency-based interviews, assess technical, behavioral and cultural fit, support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics (SLA/Time to Hire, NPS, sources) and propose continuous improvements.

• Manage job openings and candidates through an ATS such as Gupy, ensuring organized process stages, up-to-date statuses, and a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.


• Conduct talent hunting and proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, and other sourcing tools for positions at various levels and with diverse profiles.


• Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing technical, behavioral, and cultural fit, while supporting hiring managers in decision-making.


• Track Talent Acquisition metrics such as SLA/Time to Hire, candidate conversion, NPS, recruitment sources, and process effectiveness, proposing continuous improvements.
