Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end talent attraction, from posting jobs to candidate outreach and assessments. You will administer tests, provide feedback, and partner with hiring managers to ensure qualified candidates and compliant processes.

Key capabilities include competency-based interviews, psychological assessments, and managing relationships with recruitment agencies, while leveraging ATS and digital channels to attract top talent.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, People Management, or a related field.
• Experience with recruitment and selection tools, competency-based interviews, and the administration of psychological and behavioral assessments.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, including ATS platforms and social media.

• Perform recruitment and selection activities in accordance with the talent attraction manual
• Plan and organize all stages of the talent attraction process, from job posting to candidate outreach
• Post vacancies on the careers portal, digital channels, and through specialized recruitment agencies
• Administer technical tests and assessments and provide feedback or recommendations to the hiring manager
• Provide candidates in internal and external selection processes with well-founded, ethical, and respectful feedback
• Review requested profiles and assess technical and behavioral skills to define attraction strategies
• Manage the recruitment and selection partner agency and ensure the delivery of qualified candidates
• Maintain communication with the contracted agency and provide information to support its services
• Support employees in a people-centered manner, providing information in accordance with applicable legislation and company policies
• Carry out onboarding procedures and integrate new employees into the company and with their managers
• Track open, in-progress, and closed vacancies using platforms and tracking tools
• Contribute to the department’s KPIs, OKRs, and new projects
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend continuous improvement initiatives in people management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, People Management, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with recruitment and selection tools, competency-based interviews, and the administration of psychological and behavioral assessments
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, including ATS platforms and social media
