Responsabilidades

• Support business area managers with HR processes and act as a consultant by providing HR solutions.
• Assist managers and analyze performance indicator reports.
• Promote and communicate human resources policies.
• Implement human resources projects and programs.
• Conduct organizational area assessments.
• Prepare and update descriptions for administrative and operational positions.
• Support managers throughout the Performance Review process, including system training, feedback, and follow-up on IDPs.
• Participate in strategic planning of the Business Unit.
• Analyze personnel movement requests and support recruitment, selection, and compensation processes.

Requirements
