Jobtailor in São Paulo hires a Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for both operational and strategic roles. You will source candidates on LinkedIn and resume databases, administer and analyze various assessments, and conduct interviews to gauge fit.

You will also help managers define candidate profiles and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The role requires a high school diploma and basic Microsoft Office skills.

• Experience with recruitment processes and assessments is a plus.

• Support recruitment processes for operational and strategic positions
