Now, we're looking for a Partnerships Team Leader to help us take our inside sales team to the next level.

What you'll be doing :
Lead & Inspire
  • Coach and mentor a team of inside sales agents to smash targets and KPIs.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
  • Empower individuals to grow through feedback, motivation, and development.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Manage daily operations and sales projects with precision.
  • Use data to track performance, solve challenges, and improve workflows.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and build smart reporting tools in Excel and PowerBI.
Champion Data & Insights
  • Audit and analyse CRM data to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Build dashboards and trackers that drive smarter decisions.
  • Spot trends, gaps, and opportunities — and act on them.
Build Partnerships
  • Discover and onboard new TLC partners.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Align partner strategies with market needs and TLC's global vision.
What we're looking for :
  • Proven experience leading inside sales teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and CRM systems (D365 preferred).
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
  • Project management expertise with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, spoken, and interpersonal in both Portuguese and English
  • Confident, tenacious, and relationship-driven.
  • Analytical and proactive — always looking to improve.
  • Collaborative and curious, with a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Motivated by purpose, performance, and people.
