About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist who thrives on testing , analyzing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable growth . You’ll own strategy and execution end to end — from building high‑performing structures to managing six‑figure budgets — while collaborating with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to push results further every week.

🛠 What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Design smart campaign structures, allocate budgets, and refine audience targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Run creative testing frameworks to boost CTR , CVR, and LTV.
  • Analyze daily performance data to make actionable, real‑time optimizations that scale profitably.
  • Partner with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to build cohesive, conversion‑driven campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy shifts, and emerging tools to keep your accounts performing at their peak.
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 3–4+ years managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands.
  • Proven success scaling large Meta budgets ($50K–$500K+ / mo).
  • Deep understanding of funnel strategy , audience segmentation, and remarketing.
  • Strong grasp of key metrics : ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR , CVR, LTV.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics , Tag Manager, Shopify , and attribution tracking.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for reporting and client‑facing strategy calls.

  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads , Pinterest Ads , or Klaviyo.
