• Provide support to the field technician for FTTH services, aiming to ensure the activity is completed in the shortest possible time and with the desired quality by the Customer;
• Perform jumpering, with power checking using the appropriate equipment, verifying the necessary parameters with the Standard Operating Procedure;
• Make contact with the customer and the leader when necessary;
• Keep the backdoors closed and leave the jumpers always fixed, wrapped in velcro tape, and supported on their bases;
• Label the jumpers to the connectors, keeping the OLT and DGO facilities up to date;
• Perform cleaning or replacement of the jumper when necessary;
• Remove the jumper from active customers when authorized;
• Monitor and diagnose the network, always checking for interruption alarms in the management systems;
• Check for massive failures, always proceeding according to area procedures;
• Perform repairs;
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area;
• Execute other activities of the same nature, level of complexity, and responsibility.
