ZIM Integrated Shipping Services seeks a Documentation Assistant to manage manifest amendments after Shipping Instructions are moved to live and to declare all import/export data in the customs system within deadlines.

The role requires attention to deadlines, English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level, and familiarity with Word/Excel to prepare invoices and related documents for clients and agents as vessels depart.

Qualificações

• University degree in international trade, business administration or related field.
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level.
• Knowledge of customs authorities' deadlines.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Make amendments to the manifest in the system after Shipping Instruction is copied to live.
• Declare all import/export information in the customs system within deadline.
• Issue correctors when needed.
• Ensure local and global charges are correctly entered and generate the invoice.
• Send notice to clients and agents about vessel departure.
• Make an endorsement in the customs system, assuring cargo has been loaded.

• Make any amendment or inclusion in the manifest in the system after Shipping Instruction is copied to live.
• Declare all information concerning the import or export by inputting all relevant information in the custom system within deadline.
• Issue correctors when needed.
• Make sure that the local and global charges are correctly inserted and generate the invoice.
• Send notice to clients and agents about vessel departure.
• Make an endorsement in the custom system, assuring cargo has been loaded.

Requirements

• University degree in international trade, business administration or correlated areas.
• Upper Intermediate English
• Knowledge of custom authorities' deadlines
• Intermediate level in Word and Excel
