ZIM Integrated Shipping Services in Itajaí is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily shore-based activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and assist with cargo logistics.

You will monitor vessel movements, prepare schedules, manage documents, and coordinate fuel deliveries while maintaining clear communication with port agents, terminals, and vessels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily shore-based operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and maritime regulations.
• Monitor vessel movements and support port operations.
• Assist with cargo logistics and operational activities.
• Control, organize, and maintain operational documents, records, and information.
• Prepare and publish vessels’ coastal schedules.
• Receive, monitor, and verify vessel supply requests.
• Coordinate all logistics related to fuel (bunker) deliveries and other supplies required by the vessels.
• Maintain effective communication with port sub-agents, terminals, and vessels.
• Follow up on operational demands and support achievement of targets and performance objectives.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve operational issues in an agile and proactive manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication among stakeholders to support continuity and efficiency.
